In my role as a Health & Nutrition Coach, I work one-on-one with clients helping them to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle, specifically with a goal to help clients gain clarity on what they are prepared to do in order to achieve optimum health and wellness.


From there, I create a personalized program with actionable steps for them to follow as well as on-going coaching sessions to help them remain accountable and feel supported.


I also facilitate health and nutrition workshops with groups and organizations designed to educate and empower attendees about the long-term benefits of eating well and making their health a priority.
