This spectacular lake front villa has ten bedrooms and boasts an abundance of indoor expansive space for your comfort and relaxation.
The property is lush with a beautiful landscape of trees and forestry, plenty of space for socializing and connection as well as lots of outdoor space with five levels of ground for relaxation and fun in nature.

My passion for helping women to take better care of their health and well-being started in 2012 when I was struggling with my own health and didn’t know where to turn. I went through a series of health issues as a result of a lack of knowledge on what foods were right for me, which resulted in me developing issues with my digestive system. My energy was low most of the time and I struggled to do most of my normal activities. It wasn’t until I ended up in the ER to face an almost life-threatening situation where I almost had to undergo major surgery to fix my gut and prevent further long-term illnesses that would change my life forever. This required me do a complete 360 in the way I consumed food and how I lived my daily life.
Live Well With Maxine is a collective of my brand launching soon ~ “ChoyFit Health & Yoga”. It was the best way I could describe how I wanted to help women to strive to reach their greatness. So in 2014, it was launched and I have grown a community of like-minded women who value their health and are ready to make it a priority to “put themselves first”. My continued goal is to help as many women as possible to create and sustain a holistic approach to their lives to become the best version of themselves.

Health is not a quick fix one way suits all system
We are all different and not every method of coaching or health choices will work for the same person. When I coach my clients, I help them to uncover all the obstacles that they put in their way and together, we create a system that works best for them.
It’s all about individuality and it’s all about you!
When I am not coaching clients or doing yoga, I conduct Corporate Wellness Workshops on Nutrition and Health-Related topics, providing advice and assistance to help individuals understand the long-term side effects on the body from making unhealthy choices.
For the past six years, I have hosted several Wellness Retreats and events in around the GTA, including Muskoka, Niagara, Waterloo and Berkley, Ontario
After my first retreat, I felt so much gratitude and satisfaction and wanted to journal about it. That’s when I was prompted to publish my first book "12 Week Gratitude Journal".
My second book "30 Day Meal Plan to Help You Lose Weight without Starving Yourself" was published due to the request from many clients to assist them in planning healthy meals.
When I’m not helping clients feel their best, I spend my time travelling, doing photography, creating content and of course.....on my yoga mat.
